Cancellation Policy

To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking services with us is a non-refundable booking fee. In the event that you cancel an appointment within 72 hours of the appointment date , then your booking fee will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. If you cancel an appointment more than 72 hours prior to the appointment date, then the whole or part of the booking fee may be credited at our discretion.   

 No-Show and Reschedule Policy
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to reschedule any appointments that they will be unable to honor at least 72 hours in advance of their reservation.  You must phone the salon directly to reschedule. In the event a client does not arrive at the salon with out notice, then the booking fee will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. Failure to attend multiple appointments without notice will result in full payment of future services at time of booking, or no longer being able to book appointments at sphere medi-spa.

Booking Fee

A percentage of your service will be allocated as a booking fee and is required upon booking a service. All booking fees are non-refundable, and if late cancellation notice is given or appointments are not attended the booking fee will be used as a “reasonable fee” to cover any losses experienced by the salon. Upon booking with us you agree to these conditions.

Refund Services– Sphere medi-spa does not issue refunds on salon services. However we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Should you have any concerns please contact the salon directly on 8322 2008 within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time we will reschedule you with the therapist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments. Sphere medi-spa will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 1 week of original service. Any further compensation offered by sphere medi-spa must be claimed within a “reasonable time” of 90 days.

Refund Salon Products – Our Team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your skins health . If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return the unused product within 7 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on products that are used and opened. The team at Sphere medi-spa will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and appreciate your support of our small business.

Child Policy - We love kids, we are mothers ourselves! Safety and wellbeing of all our guests is our priority. So when you are visiting our salon we want all our clients time with us to be relaxing, rejuvenating and stress free. We ask that you leave your children at home to maximise the enjoyment of all client experiences.

There are however exceptions in some situations, please call ahead and speak to one of our staff if required.

Privacy Policy

Sphere Medi Spa, is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of its customers and other users of this Site (collectively “Customers”). Sphere Medi Spa acknowledges the importance of privacy to its Customers. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data Sphere Medi Spa collects from its customers, or that Customers provide to Sphere Medi Spa, will be processed by Sphere Medi Spa.

Sphere Medi Spa is bound by the National Privacy Principles as provided in the Commonwealth Privacy Act,1988.

Information Sphere Medi Spa may collect from Customers

Sphere Medi Spa may collect and process the following data about Customers:

 a) information that Customers provide by filling in forms on the site www.spheremedispa.com.au or social media “sites” or that Customers have already provided at the time of becoming an account holder. 

b) if Customers contact Sphere Medi Spa Sphere Medi Spa may keep a record of that correspondence;

c) details of transactions Customers carry out through Sphere Medi Spa’s website and of the fulfilment of Customers’ orders;

d) details of Customers’ visits to Sphere Medi Spa’s sites including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for Sphere Medi Spa’s own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that Customers access.

 IP addresses

Sphere Medi Spa may collect information about Customers’ computers, including, where available, Customers’ IP addresses, operating systems and browser types, for system administration. This is statistical data about Sphere Medi Spa users‘ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

 Where Sphere Medi Spa stores Customers’ personal data

The data that Sphere Medi Spa collects from Customers may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Australia.

 All information Customers provide to Sphere Medi Spa is stored on Sphere Medi Spa secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where Sphere Medi Spa has given Customers (or where Customers have chosen) a password which enables Customers to access certain parts of Sphere Medi Spa sites, Customers are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Sphere Medi Spa requires Customers not to share a password with anyone.

 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Sphere Medi Spa will use reasonable efforts to protect Customers’ personal data, Sphere Medi Spa cannot guarantee the security of Customers’ data transmitted to Sphere Medi Spa site; any transmission is at Customers’ own risk. Once Sphere Medi Spa has received Customers’ information, Sphere Medi Spa will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access

 Uses made of the information

Sphere Medi Spa use information held about Customers in the following ways:

a) to ensure that content from Sphere Medi Spa site is presented in the most effective manner for Customers and for Customers’ computers;

b) to provide Customers with information, products or services that Customers request from Sphere Medi Spa or which Sphere Medi Spa feel may interest Customers, where Customers have consented to be contacted for such purposes;

c) to carry out Sphere Medi Spa obligations arising from any contracts entered into between Customers and Sphere Medi Spa; and

d) to notify Customers about changes to Sphere Medi Spa service.

 If Customers are existing customers of Sphere Medi Spa, Sphere Medi Spa will only contact Customers by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to Customers. If Customers are new customers of Sphere Medi Spa, Sphere Medi Spa will contact Customers by electronic means only if Customers have consented to this.

Disclosure of Customers’ information

Sphere Medi Spa may disclose Customers’ personal information to any member of Sphere Medi Spa’s group, which means Sphere Medi Spa’s subsidiaries, Sphere Medi Spa’s ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act, 2001.

Sphere Medi Spa may disclose Customers’ personal information to third parties:

a) in the event that Sphere Medi Spa sell or buy any business or assets, in which case Sphere Medi Spa may disclose Customers’ personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

b) if Sphere Medi Spa or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets;

c) if Sphere Medi Spa is under a duty to disclose or share Customers’ personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply Sphere Medi Spa’s terms and conditions of online trading and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sphere Medi Spa, Sphere Medi Spa’s customers, or others. Customers’ rights

Customers have the right to ask Sphere Medi Spa not to process Customers’ personal data for marketing purposes. Sphere Medi Spa will usually inform Customers (before collecting Customers’ data) if Sphere Medi Spa intend to use Customers’ data for such purposes or if Sphere Medi Spa intend to disclose Customers’ information to any third party for such purposes. Customers can exercise Customers’ right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms Sphere Medi Spa use to collect Customers’ data. Customers can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us.

 Sphere Medi Spa’s site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of Sphere Medi Spa’s partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If Customers follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that Sphere Medi Spa do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Access to information

We consider it is the responsibility of parents to monitor their children’s use of our web site. Nevertheless it is our policy not to require personal information from persons known to be under the age of 18 years or offer to send any promotional material to persons in that category.

You are entitled to have access to any personal information relating to you which you have previously supplied to us over Sphere Medi Spa’s websites. You are entitled to edit or delete such information unless we are required by law to retain it.

We will retain in a secure manner any information you provided us in connection with a particular transaction for a period of seven years after which we may destroy it.
